Qualifications

• RN must have active license in good standing.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Associate Degree required; Bachelor's within 2 years expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan care using nursing process.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Care for multiple patients via direct care or delegation.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care.
