Job summary

Novant Health's Float Pool RN is a role that provides Med/Surg care across Rowan Medical Center, Huntersville Medical Center, and Presbyterian Medical Center. You will cover multiple locations, support teams during staffing needs, and gain broad clinical exposure.

We seek experienced RNs who thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment and are committed to compassionate patient care. Travel between facilities is required, with competitive shift differentials and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Experience: 2 consecutive years in Med/Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED, or Women’s.
• Licensure/Certification: Current compact licensure in appropriate state; NC curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months for ED/Behavioral Health; Specialty certification preferred.
• Additional skills: patient care skills, communication, interpersonal and computer literacy, and ability to validate skills per department.
• Specialty certification within two years of hire preferred.
