Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking registered nurses (RN) and licensed practical nurses (LPN) for our float pool across Illinois. Earn $45/hour as an RN or $37/hour as an LPN, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
• Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families
