Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). The RN/LPN Float Pool offers flexible scheduling, PRN, full-time, and part-time positions across Illinois locations.

RN pay is $45/hour and LPN pay is $37/hour, with opportunities for shift differentials, bonuses, and overtime. Join a team focused on compassionate, high-quality care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
• Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families.
