Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our float pool across Illinois. Enjoy flexible scheduling, PRN, full-time or part-time options, and competitive hourly pay.

Deliver direct patient care, supervise CNAs, administer medications, and document accurately while working in multiple units to gain experience and grow professionally in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, quality care in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
• Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families
