Job summary

• Answer patient/significant others' calls, triage patient care needs.
• Demonstrates leadership and mentors team members.
• Develops and evaluates care plans adapting to patient condition changes.
• Provides direct nursing care including chemotherapy, blood products, fluids and other treatments as prescribed.
• Educates patients and families using available resources.
