You will collaborate with the care team, document care thoroughly, and advocate for patients, families, and caregivers while supporting the organization’s vision and values.

This role emphasizes flexible placements, mentorship, and ongoing education to advance your clinical skills and certifications.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice or compact state.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale and PALS must be obtained within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and shifts; report changes promptly.
• Perform procedures and monitoring; document care in medical record; administer meds and monitor response.
• Respond to patient requests promptly and educate patients, families, and caregivers.

Skills

Current RN licensure

ACLS within 6 months

BLS within 30 days

NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days

PALS within 6 months

Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing
