Job summary

Dartmouth Health’s Cheshire Float Pool in Keene, NH is seeking a registered nurse to join a versatile clinical team that floats across departments based on patient location and care needs.

You'll rotate 12-hour shifts, gain exposure to the Emergency Department and Women’s and Children’s Health units, and work with a supportive team. Must be NH-licensed RN with current BCLS; one year nursing experience preferred. Per diem schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed RN in New Hampshire.
• Minimum one year nursing experience preferred.
• Current BCLS certification required.
• Excellent assessment, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well as a team in a fast-paced environment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process for assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care.
• Document relevant data and care processes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team across units as needed.
• Support staffing needs across departments with rotating 12-hour shifts.
