Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Georgia RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum 18 months med/surg/intermediate care experience.
• Level 2 requires 18 months med/surg/ICU plus 1 year of specialty experience (ED, Family Birth, or critical care).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across various units.
• Provide care coordination within Float RN levels 1 and 2 and collaborate with unit leadership.
