Abington Memorial Hospital, part of the Jefferson Health system, seeks an experienced RN for the Division Resource/Float Pool. This full-time day shift role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, evidence-based practice, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree BSN or completion of BSN or appropriate advanced degree within 3 years of hire strongly preferred.
• 1 year previous experience as an RN in an acute care setting strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interacts with co-workers, patients, their family/designated care partner(s), and other staff.
• Integrates Evidence-Based Practice and clinical expertise for delivery of healthcare.
• Partners with patients and families in identifying learning needs and provides education.
