Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University is seeking a Seal Team RN Tier 1 Med Surg Tele North to deliver patient-centered care in the acute care setting. You will apply the nursing process, develop care plans with patients and families, and collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires a BSN, 4 years of RN experience in MED SURG TEL, and the ability to float to all units in the Northern Region.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• 4 years RN experience in acute care MED SURG TEL.
• Must be able to float to all units in the Northern Region.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, families, designated care partners, and staff to deliver compassionate care.
• Apply evidence-based nursing practices to ensure safety and quality.
• Develop and adjust nursing care plans with patients and families.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to coordinate care.
