Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse for SEAL TEAM RN Tier 1 MED SURG TELE NORTH. The role requires strong patient- and family-centered care, adherence to nursing processes, and collaboration with inter-professional teams.

Minimum 4 years of RN experience in an acute care MED SURG TEL setting, with the ability to float across units in the Northern Region. BSN required and BLS/ACLS certifications expected.

• Interacts with patients, families and staff to provide nursing care following Jefferson Health protocols.
• Delivers care using nursing process and evidence-based practice.
• Float to all units in the Northern Region as required.
