The ideal candidate holds a BSN, has 4 years of acute care RN experience in MED SURG TEL, and must be able to float to all units in the Northern region.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN degree.
• 4 years of RN experience in an acute care MED SURG TEL setting.
• Must be able to float to all units in the Northern region.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care per the nursing process and individualized plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs and achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge needs.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, ensure accurate health information in records.
• Participate in safety and quality improvement activities and committees.
