Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Acute Care Float Pool. This role supports patients and teams at UCHealth facilities including Anschutz in Aurora and partner hospitals, delivering direct patient care across days and nights.

The RN Float Pool handles complex cases, uses the nursing process, and participates in a multidisciplinary environment to ensure safe, high-quality care. Onsite only, with competitive hourly pay and a float differential.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of accredited RN program.
• State licensure as RN required.
• BLS certification required and valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards and document care.
• Support float pool coverage across multiple UCHealth facilities.
