Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz - Aurora is seeking a Float Pool RN to support acute care across campus and affiliated hospitals. You will perform direct patient care using the nursing process within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with day/night rotations.

Requirements include an RN license, at least 6 months of RN experience, and BLS certification. Compensation ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour plus a float pool differential; onsite only with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed Registered Nurse with current state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in acute care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.
• Precept and mentor staff/new nurses in a fast-paced setting.
