Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• ACLS or PALS (or obtained within six months of employment).
• BLS
• Current state nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care across two units.
• Assess patient conditions and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Safely administer medications and titrate drips.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and comply with policies and standards.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain competency in two acute areas and float as needed.
