Clallam County Public Hospital District No. 2 (DBA Olympic Medical Center) is seeking a dedicated nurse for a night shift role in Imaging Services. Responsibilities include providing quality nursing care, developing care plans, and maintaining communication with relevant teams. Candidates should have an associate degree in nursing, two years of hospital experience, and expertise in IV therapy, with additional certifications preferred.

FTE: 90% · Night Shift · Pay Range: $40.37 – $72.25 per hour. Union: SEIU 1199-RN and LPN.
Responsible for providing and ensuring quality nursing care to patients in Imaging Services. The staff nurse uses the nursing process to identify needs, plan and implement appropriate interventions, and document and evaluate patient care outcomes. This is a professional‑level position that requires independent work within applicable policies, procedures, and practice standards. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with the PICC team, Diagnostic Imaging (DI) staff, leadership, nursing staff, physician staff, patients, and families.
Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
Two years of hospital nursing experience required. Preferred experience in radiology, IV team, PICC team, pediatrics, critical care, or emergency services.
Documented expertise with IV therapy responsibilities, including central venous device management and tunneled/embedded ports, during the past two years. Experience with PICC line placement and pediatric/adult straight catheter procedures also preferred.
