Genesis Healthcare in Farmington, ME is seeking a Regional Float RN to deliver efficient and compassionate nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient and family satisfaction.

You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, coordinate with the nursing team and other disciplines, and develop effective plans of care to meet diverse patient needs across facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Must be licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Must read, write, and understand English to ensure patient safety.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Float RN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

Posted Salary Range

USD $41.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
