Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking a Float Pool Patient Care Technician (PCT) to contribute across multiple behavioral health and patient care areas. You will join a flexible team, rotating through designated clinical groupings, with compensation differentials based on assignment and shift.

You will build experience with interdisciplinary teams, support patient safety, and strengthen communication and clinical support skills across varying patient populations.

Qualifications

• At least 24 months of clinical or patient care experience.
• Experience in CNA, MA, HHA or PCA roles is relevant.
