Job summary

Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital is seeking a Nurse Assistant to support non-acutely ill patients under the supervision of licensed staff. You will help with daily living activities, feeding, and basic nursing tasks while upholding safety and documentation standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, current BLS certification, and (preferably) CNA credentials. Shifts are night hours, with some weekend work, at Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• CNA license preferred or in process.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living and basic nursing care.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment under supervision of RN.
• Communicates patient status and needs to the RN and team.
• Provides information to patients and families prior to care.
• Assists with feeding and fluid balance as age-appropriate.
• Demonstrates ability to work under stressful conditions and with diverse patients.
