Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA preferred; one year of NA/PCT/PAT experience preferred.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant program.
• Foreign trained RN relocating to the U.S. without a MI license may apply.
• Medical Assistant program completion accepted.
• BLS Heart Saver Certification required prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Direct Patient Care: venipuncture, monitor vital signs, and perform chemstick testing.
• Collaborate on Care Planning: participate in rounds and share observations for individualized care.
• Communicate with Purpose: report patient concerns and safety observations to the RN.
