Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program and Colorado LPN license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• IV therapy certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and care team in urgent care settings.
• Administer medications per orders with 5 rights and 3 checks.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Document patient data and nursing notes accurately.
• Float to four Urgent Care sites as needed.
