Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is hiring a Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care across multiple Bethesda locations in Missouri and Illinois. The role requires active LPN licenses in MO/IL and IV, CPR certification, and flexibility to travel among communities.

Expect duties including medication administration, care plan updates, and collaboration with the IDT to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• LPN license MO and IL required.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtain within 6 months.
• IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic nursing care; assess residents on admission and ongoing.
• Communicates significant changes to the IDT.
• Documents assessments accurately and timely.
• Administers medications and IV fluids.
• Implements nursing interventions per care plan and updates plan as needed.
• Notifies physician using SBARR and maintains composure in crises.
• Maintains resident confidentiality and follows Bethesda policies.
