This role offers variety and autonomy, floating to units with the greatest need while supporting a mission-driven, faith-based environment. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, wound care, care coordination, and resident/family communication. The Float Pool RN partners with interdisciplinary teams to promote dignity, safety, and quality outcomes while adapting quickly to different settings and resident needs.
