The Float Pool RN provides hands-on clinical care, administers medications and treatments, monitors changes in condition, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
• CPR certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident-centered care across rehab, long-term care, and specialty units.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor changes in condition.
• Supervise CNAs and uphold infection control and regulatory standards.
