Job summary

Monarch Float Pool CNAs provide resident-centered care across multiple Monarch communities in Minnesota, selecting shifts based on facility needs. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, benefits eligibility, and the chance to support residents across diverse settings.

As a Float Pool CNA, you will assist with daily living activities under LPN/RN supervision, ensuring dignity and comfort while participating in resident-centered care plans.

Qualifications

• Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support resident mobility, safety, and comfort.
• Provide basic restorative and nursing care services.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Support individualized care plans and resident preferences.
• Deliver care in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies.
