Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Float Pool across Minnesota. This role offers flexibility to pick up shifts, work at multiple Monarch communities, and support residents with compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Monarch communities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support resident mobility, safety, and comfort.
• Provide basic restorative and nursing care services.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Support individualized care plans and resident preferences.
• Deliver care in accordance with MDH standards and facility policies.
