As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator(Charge Nurse)in the Float Pool, you willexemplifies professional nursing practice through expert clinical practice, strong leadership skills, and management activities.You will provideclinical management to the department through coordination of patient care activities, procedures and flow of patients between various unites.You will serveas a resource to the nursing staff and mentors staff in development of nursing skills and practice.
