HCA HealthONE Swedish seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge Nurse) for the Float Pool to exemplify professional nursing practice and lead patient care coordination across units in the Denver metro area.
You will supervise staff, mentor colleagues, teach procedures, and support performance improvement to ensure safe, high-quality care across shifts. Colorado RN licensure, BLS, ACLS in critical care preferred, and BSN or progress toward BSN within 3 years required.
