Job summary

Genesis HealthCare in the United States is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) float nurses to support multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a geographic area. You will work a minimum of two shifts per week, with the possibility of full-time hours depending on open shifts.

As a Regional Float CNA, you will deliver efficient nursing care, help meet patient needs, and contribute to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction across locations.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved CNA program.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn.
• Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as part of the float pool across affiliated centers.
• Ensure patient/family satisfaction and assist with personal needs and comfort.

Responsibilities

We have Certified Nursing Assistant -- CNA float nursing pool opportunities available at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a geographic area. Work a minimum of two (2) shifts a week including every other weekend or full-time hours depending on open shifts.

As a Regional Float CNA, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
• Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn is required.
• Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

Posted Salary Range

USD $23.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
