Overview

As a Float Pool CNA, you will work rotations at Mifflin Center (Shillington, PA) and Laurel Center (Hamburg, PA). Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available!

Responsibilities

1. Work as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our float nursing pool across multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a geographic area.
2. Perform a minimum of two shifts per week, including every other weekend, or full-time hours based on open shifts.
3. Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
4. Perform patient care activities and non-professional services to meet patients' personal needs and comfort.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.
• Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Attend at least 12 hours of continuing education annually to maintain certification.

Posted Salary Range

USD $24.00 - USD $27.00 per hour

Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state law, pay classification, job grade, location, and tenure.
