Job summary

Golden Bear Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a per diem Float Physical Therapy Technician to support North Central Valley clinics in Stockton, Lodi, Manteca, Ripon, Tracy and Valley Springs as needed.

You will prepare treatment rooms, welcome patients, assist with attire, and help with equipment, documentation, and daily notes under PT supervision. You’ll also handle calls, scheduling, and front desk duties to ensure a five-star patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and organize multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room following procedures and protocols.
• Welcomes patients and assists with apparel.
• Performs laundry and maintains clean linens.
• Records daily notes under supervision.
• Provides information to patients and answers questions.
• Assists with exercises and equipment usage as directed by PT.
• Triages calls and schedules appointments.
• Collects co-pays and payments prior to patient visit.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Stocks supplies and equipment as needed.
