Golden Bear Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant in Salinas, California. Earn $40.00-$44.00 per hour depending on experience and join a team focused on orthopedic outpatient care.

You will assist licensed therapists, implement treatment plans, document progress in Raintree, and educate patients. Requires assoc degree and state licensure eligibility; outpatient experience preferred.

Competenze

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as PTA.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the PT.
• Assist PT in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Apply therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities and education.
• Document patient progress in Raintree and report changes to the PT.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management, and care plans.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient FollowUp: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Treatment Planning:Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
• Patient Education:Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans
• Professional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
