H2 Health is seeking aFloat Physical Therapist to support outpatient clinics in the Floyd, Virginia region. The role offers variety, mentorship, and a collaborative network, welcoming both new graduates and seasoned clinicians to grow through diverse patient populations.

You will travel between clinic locations, deliver evidence-based care for orthopedic and mobility-related conditions, and contribute to a patient-centered culture focused on excellence and outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• Ability and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and team members to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation to streamline processes.
