Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• DOT collection certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy experience in all areas (geriatric, pediatric, neonate, routine heel sticks, finger sticks); certification preferred.
• Collection of urine/blood drug screens – chain of custody; DOT collections preferred.
• Maintain and document patient test results and lab records; input data into hospital system.
• Must be flexible for scheduling and travel offsite to collect specimens.
