As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to gain extensive experience working with a variety of patients, team members, and locations. Pay Range: $15.00 - $25.90 per hour

All job offers are based on skills, relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, internal equity, and market data.

PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which offers quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, hours vary between 7:00am-7:00pm, with rotating Saturdays.

Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
2. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
3. Accurately and promptly enter patient data.
4. Process billing information and collect payments as needed.
5. Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
6. Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
7. Provide excellent customer service to patients.
8. Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.
9. Travel to additional sites as needed.

Job Requirements:

This position requires COVID-19 vaccination. Proof of vaccination or qualifying medical/religious exemption is necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency, or previous experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record, if applicable.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to pass a color blindness test.
