Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a part-time OR/PACU LVN (Float) to join the team serving the San Ramon and Menlo Park locations in California. The role features a Wednesday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, one weekend per month, and two holidays per year, with compensation ranging from $43 to $47 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The LVN will support preoperative patient care, prepare rooms, assist as scrub technician as needed, maintain sterile technique, and help ensure smooth patient

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with current license.
• IV certification or within 6 months of hire.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 1 month.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to function effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preoperative patient intake and preparation.
• Prepare rooms and equipment for procedures; maintain sterile technique.
• Manage instrument handling and room turnover per protocol.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate supply orders to ensure care continuity.
