Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Indiana is hiring a full-time Float Occupational Therapist who can work across three hospitals (Indianapolis, Anderson, Kokomo). The role offers flexible assignment while delivering evidence-based therapy to diverse patient populations.

You must be ACOTE-accredited, NBCOT registered, and licensed in Indiana, with BLS. The package includes competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, mentoring, MedBridge CE access, and opportunities for professional growth within a USA

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE‑approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending Indiana state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, families, fellow clinicians, and hospital staff.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital with physicians, case management, nurses, etc.

What You Will Get

Your Responsibilities As An Acute Care Occupational Therapist

• Deliver evidence‑based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Qualifications

• Graduate ofanACOTE approvedoccupationaltherapy program
• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000 annually

Role is eligible for mileage reimbursement for travel between hospitals.

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.)
