Job summary

Greater Seacoast Health is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Float to support Somersworth and Portsmouth locations. You’ll rotate across teams, delivering direct patient care and coordinating follow‑ups, with emphasis on education and care continuity.

The role requires NH RN or LPN licensure, BLS, and strong communication. This position offers full benefits, 40 hours weekly, and the chance to impact patients across diverse backgrounds.

Hours: 40 per week | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range

• LPN: $31.00 – $37.00/hr (Based on experience)
• RN: $36.00 – $44.00/hr (Based on experience)

Status: Hourly | Full Benefits Eligible
