Sheppard Pratt is seeking a Float Mental Health Worker to join our Elkridge campus. The role involves direct patient care under supervision, with service lines including Child & Adolescent Services, General Adult, Co-Occurring Disorders, and Thought Disorders.

The position is on-site and full-time, with a PRN/Evenings schedule and a pay range aligned with experience. We offer tuition reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, a 403b match, generous PTO, and EAP.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required or equivalent experience.
• Human Services related degree or past direct care experience strongly preferred.
• Must be available to work every other weekend (Sat & Sun).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under close supervision of a professional nurse.
• Assist in planning and evaluating patient needs based on behaviors.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment according to policies and procedures.
