Job summary

Reliant Community Federal Credit Union in Monroe County is seeking a friendly and professional Member Service Advisor (MSA) to join our Wayne and Ontario County branches. You will engage with members, handle transactions accurately, and promote our financial products and services with integrity.

This full-time, Monday through Saturday schedule requires a high school diploma and cash handling or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling, sales or customer service experience.
• Professional and positive attitude with a desire to help others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.

Shift/Hours

Full-time, based on business needs. Business hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Required Training And Experience

• Capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
