Job summary

Samaritan Health Services is seeking a Float receptionist for its Medical Group outpatient clinics. You will provide reception and clerical support, greeting patients, and coordinating with hospital and clinical staff to maintain smooth operations.

This position offers exposure to multiple outpatient service lines and a float differential of $2.00 per hour in addition to the base rate, recognizing the variable work across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience and/or training with computer applications required.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience and/or training in a position of similar responsibility and complexity preferred.
• Experience and/or training with medical/insurance terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs receptionist duties and provides clerical support for office.
• Greet patients and interfaces with hospital staff, clinical staff, patients and visitors in a professional manner.
