Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or related program.
• National or state MA certification or registration preferred; required where applicable.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Ability to travel to other locations within the state or region.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to rooms and ensure exam rooms are cleaned and stocked.
• Review medical information and gather updated health data.
• Take vitals, perform blood draws, injections, and assist with procedures.
• Prepare and administer approved medications under provider direction.
• Record data in medical records and process test results.
• Coordinate front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, and check-out.
• Participate in patient outreach to drive engagement among eligible groups.
• Maintain supplies and equipment and ensure continuity across Findlay-area locations.
