Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Evidence of Medical Assistant training with all essential functions.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification; if not current, must obtain within 2 weeks of hire.
• Certification is encouraged and supported.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients and rooms for visits.
• Assist providers with patient care, treatments, and clinical decisions.
• Conduct chart reviews, manage exam spaces, and handle medication refills.
• Prepare patients for procedures, administer vaccines when directed, and collect labs.
• Support quality and compliance with clinic standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve workflows.
