Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC is seeking a Float Medical Assistant for full-time, onsite work across Dallas-area clinics (Rockwall, Richardson, Frisco, Plano, Southlake, McKinney, Walnut Hill, Prosper). No certification required; two weeks of paid training provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED – proof required.
• Minimum 3 months of relevant medical experience OR documented completion of 180 externship hours.
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to perform venipuncture and IM/subcutaneous injections preferred.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform manual patient vitals.
• Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture.
• Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider.
• Maintain lab equipment and required documentation.
• Prepare and process laboratory testing.
• Complete quality control documentation.
• Assist with inventory and ordering.
• Support front desk duties when needed.
• Work closely with providers and clinic teams.
• Help maintain smooth patient flow and clinic operations.
• Create a positive and welcoming patient experience.
