Saint Luke's Convenient Care seeks a flexible Medical Assistant to join our team in a part-time float role across multiple clinics. You will welcome patients, take vital signs, document in EMR, and assist providers in delivering care.

The ideal candidate is a Certified Medical Assistant with less than 1 year of experience, capable of handling administrative tasks, phlebotomy, POC testing, and supporting patient flow in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Formación

• Certified Medical Assistant with less than 1 year experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, part-time float role across clinics.
• Experience entering data in EMR and handling patient registrations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients with outstanding customer service.
• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Document patient information in EMR accurately.
• Assist providers in delivering care.
• Process med refill requests per clinic protocol.
• Collect patient payments and fees.
• Perform point-of-care testing and phlebotomy.
• Support patient flow and float between locations.
• Contribute to a welcoming patient experience.
