Job summary

Mountain Family Health Centers is seeking a Float Medical Assistant to support healthcare delivery in the Vail Valley Area, including Gypsum. The role requires a high school diploma and preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Spanish is required, as well as a passion for improving community health. Competitive hourly wage supplemented by a $5,000 annual geographic pay incentive is offered.

General Purpose

Under medical/nursing supervision, assist provider and nursing staff in the delivery of health care services; perform related duties as required. This position will work between the 3 sites in the Vail Valley; Avon, Gypsum, and the Avon School Based Clinic.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of Medical/Nursing Home/Home Care experience preferred
• 1-3 years of Electronic Health Records Experience preferred
• Spanish speaking required.
  
  

Salary: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour; DOQ

Bonus: $5,000 annual geographic pay incentive; paid out annually over 26 pay periods at $92.38 per pay period
