Job summary

Signature HealthCARE seeks a detailed MDS Float Candidate to support resident assessments across our long-term care centers. The role involves bedside resident care and meeting families, with travel required Monday through Friday as needed.

You will cover MDS assessments, educate teams on RAI, PPS, QM's, Medicaid Casemix and Medicare guidelines, and collaborate with the Clinical Reimbursement Specialist on onboarding new MDS coordinators. Travel up to 100% as required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with ability to obtain multi-state licensures.
• Minimum of three (3) years MDS experience in a long-term care setting.
• Travel to centers up to 100% of the time with overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

Overview

The ideal MDS float Candidate is very detailed orientated, organized, self-motivated, while still being bedside for resident assessment and meeting with families. The ability to travel Monday - Friday is a must.

How you Will make a difference
