Maplewood Senior Living is seeking a Float LPN Wellness Nurse to travel between Maplewood locations and support nursing services across communities. The role includes direct resident care, medication administration, and wellness counseling under the supervision of the Resident Services Director.

The position requires an active LPN license, prior experience with older adults, and the ability to work across multiple Maplewood campuses with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed to practice in the State.
• Two years full time or full time equivalent clinical experience.
• Experience and/or special interest working with older adults.
• Able to perform tasks which may be physically demanding such as pushing, bending and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, peers and other staff members.
• In good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseases.

Position Summary:

The Float LPN Wellness Nurse assists and supports the Resident Services Director with the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of nursing services in the community. The Float LPN will travel between Maplewood at Twinsburg, Maplewood at Chardon, and Maplewood at Cuyahoga Falls.
