Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience.
• Current LPN license in the state of Georgia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under RN supervision with compassionate, skilled nursing.
• Perform assessments, procedures, and interventions per physician orders.
• Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and care teams for seamless care.
• Monitor patient condition changes and adjust care plans as needed in real time.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in care team huddles.
